Read and manage email
The connector provides tools to search and read mail, retrieve attachments, organise folders or labels, and save drafts. It has no tools for sending mail or permanently deleting messages.
Moving mail to trash has a separate preview and action. Your assistant controls the approval prompt; enable this permission only when its confirmation settings match your preferences.
Connect each account separately
Adding another mailbox keeps your existing connections. Each mailbox starts with assistant access disabled. Other Mailbridge users do not gain access to your accounts.
The pilot covers Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and BT Email. BT access is limited to ChatGPT. A Yahoo consent button is being prepared and requires Yahoo's access approval; it is not available yet.
A private pilot
Mailbridge currently accepts invited users. Hosted ChatGPT and Claude connections are still undergoing validation. Yahoo has not approved the proposed consent-based mail integration.
